casino exclusion

edited August 2016 in Poker Chat
I had a period of tilt at a casino last year and appear to have been banned from it permanently ( I assume). I've written a letter to the casino and was told i'm permantly excluded but policys prevent me having details or circumstances of why that permanent ban was made.

The are does have other casinos but what's disappointing about them is they start later with stakes no shorter than nl50p and what I liked best about this casino was it would occassionally hold DTD.

Is there any way I can go deeper into appealing for the th exclusion to be lifted?

Ask for  A Subject to Access Report you may have to pay 10 for it but I don't think they can turn down your request.

Nope, nothing whatsoever you can do Craig.

And where "tilt" is involved, they will get full backing from the Gaming Commission, under "Responsible Gaming" guidelines.

A Subject Access Report (DPA) won't help I'm afraid other than to confirm the facts as to why they excluded you. And "tilt" is a perfectly legitimate reason to exclude, & the GC will back them.

Use a different venue - who wants to go where they are not welcome?
