    A patent is 7 bets
    3 singles
    3 doubles
    1 treble

    So for example
    If you pick 4 horses
    That gives you 4 trebles
    So you multiply 4x7
    That gives you 28 bets

    So after picking your 4 horses
    You would write on the bottom of your betting slip
    Permed patent= 28 bets
    If you did that ew that would be 56 bets.
    Sky has not got anyway of doing this bet on line.
    I do it with Bet 365 who have a box you can tick after you enter your horses.
