Laptop

Hi all recently had to start using my wife's laptop to play but seem to be getting frozen out once or twice a game. I mainly play sng's and only one table at a time and have to use the task manager to close down and then log back in again. It's not the newest laptop and runs on windows 7. Any simple help or solution would be much appreciated as I'm a bit old and not very computer literate.

    Hello,

    We are currently experiencing an issue with the Download Client. Are you able to give me the properties of the machine that you are using. If you go to start > computer >  System Properties. Could you give me the Installed memory (RAM) and system type?

    For now if you just play via the browser you will not experience the lag issues.
