Not the way to deal with a problem
Look we all understand every now and then problems happen but a lot of us have been sitting for over an hour waiting for our games to restart. It has become pointless as blinds have been rising in that time. Sky have given us no messages of whats going on and when you phone CS your told were looking into it. Please just kill the games that are stuck and pay out. Communication with your customers is key and sorry to say F- today sky.
