Is it safe to update ADOBE AIR yet?

Im currently on  22.0.0.153

Adobe begs me daily to update to 23.0.0.257

Ive been putting this off because of problems people say they are having.

With my currect version, my Sky poker experience is as it should be.

Is it wise to update yet ?
