Is Adobe Air 23 safe to update now, went back to 22 as advised cos of probs. but keep getting prompt to update again??

No, not yet. Please just keep ignoring the Update prompts for the time being.

You can temporarily disable the update prompt with AIRSettingsManager (it just allows you to toggle that setting).

screwed again by  skys useless connection sitting with a f/h aces over fours site freezes yet again why don't you get some of your alleged experts to sort this out it  is happening far to often

Hi,

There is now a beta version of Adobe AIR 24 available from their Labs: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html

If you are happy to keep using AIR 22 until 24 becomes a stable release in the next few weeks, then you can continue to do so.

What is the latest on this?

I 'blocked' my Adobe AIR from updating for many weeks, but I seem to recall seeing a thread on here where someone said Sky Poker DOES work the latest version of AIR now. I'm not sure whether that was the latest 'official' version though, or a beta? I can't see any 'sticky' threads with an update on the situation?

I've been using the forum search function but there are so many different threads mentioning the issue, yet with no update/clarification...

Is AIR v23 the ONLY version that has causes problems?

Is v24 fine?

Hi Mr Stink.

The problem is now solved, update to V24 and that works fine.

To the best of my knowledge, V22 was fine, V23 caused problems, & V24 has solved the probs.
