Various threads have popped up recently highlighting all the above and maybe some other technical/software issues. 

Can anyone update/announce anything please.

Was gutted for you Chilling - went to rail you but you were away for over 95% of the game just being blinded out.  Would be nice if Sky could put you into another big event to give you proper chance.

 If there was an issue with the sky technical team, (and I very much doubt that is possible), the sky technical team would be immediately awakened from their slumber and dispatched by private helicopter to HQ, and the issue would be resolved before any time in the future, SO THERE!!

Had problems railing games(trying to learn)last night.Table i was watching closed & could not open anymore tables from the mtt pop up lobby had to close said lobby go into the main lobby to observe anther table.

This was in chrome windows 10 64 bit.

Pointless posting in this thread mate. It is being spoilt and ignored. Start another thread yourself, you might get more joy. Try posting it in Priority too......you might get a response there. I gave up last night on this site it was that bad.

I think starting new threads is pointless.

There are 2 separate issues, the download client problem with adobe air v23 and the "my sky poker" features not working (HH, Find a player, My tables).

The 2 threads on those are still active and Sky Sam has replied on both today.

No threads are ignored on here. I am sorry that I did not post a response on here, I did acknowledge the issue on another very similar thread.

With the recent issues with Adobe Air we have had a lot on our plate and I am sorry if it looked as though this issue was being neglected, I can assure you that I was looking into this one alongside.

We have found the problem and I am hopeful that this evening there will be no further issues. I am also hoping we can backdate the fix so that previous Hand histories are available.

Please bare with us but I am confident that we can fix the above issues relatively quickly.

Unfortunately, I was travelling home from Punta Cana yesterday & today (a 20 hour journey) so I was not quite as on the ball as I would be normally.

Not a moan - but just to wanted to let you know that my "My Sky Poker" problems remain unchanged.  If I try to view my tables it shows none.  Same issue still on ipad aswell - nothing shows in my active tables, upcoming tables or finished ones.  And find a player still not working either.

BUT - My hand history search IS now working!

Cheers for your replies Sam & Tikay.

Played all night with just the download on my pc with no other internet open, including the forum/browser/any other poker site. Just the telly on watching Kara on the WSOP final. I digress.

Still had to shut down on breaks to reopen lobbies. Still no games showing in 'My Tables'. If tables didnt relaunch on reboot(thankfully they all did) , I would not have been able to play.

Hopefully you can get all these issues sorted soon and keep the players in the loop also.

Hi Rose,

The final part of this fix was released today so I believe that the My Tables issue should also be fixed.

Please let us know if this isn't the case and I will look into it once more.

When i go to my sky poker my tables nothing has been appearing for the past month.  Tried registering for 1 just now the £22 bh at 10pm to see if the new update has fixed it.  Same problem no tables appearing in my sky poker.  Find a player hasnt been working aswell for the past month and tried that just now and its still not working.

Deleted sky poker and adobe air from my computer, reinstalled both and still same problem with both my tables and finding a player. I tried deleting cookies also.

Thanks Sam - mine is now working as it should be on the laptop.  Haven't tried it on the ipad yet though as want to wait til late reg is finished and see if the table will open on it.

Can we get an update on this please find a player and looking which tables im currently registered in under my tables hasnt worked for 3 months for me now.  Tried uninstalling adobe air reinstalling and same with the sky poker client with no success.
