What could this comment mean?

So.

Player 1 gets the hump cos his  set gets out-setted, but what does this 5% comment mean. ?

    I suspect it is a miscalculation that the player hits 2 outers (5% with 1 card to come) against them "all the time"

    It is a miscalculation because as the board has paired, they have 2xQ outs as well as the 2xA outs hence they are in fact a massive 9% shot on both the turn and river?

    Or that they must see them as a solid investment ie 5% return every time they play?

    Ah, yes ty.

    I was reading too much into it. I stoved it and  I see the turn is 4.55% so that makes sense.
