so i'm playing a bounty hunter tourney and down to final 9 some guy is sat out yet his cards are not mucked when he gets forced all in and still wins this should be sorted , i am so tilted i did not ladder a place

To answer your question, on all sites to knock a player out you have to beat their cards.  If they are at the table or not

Every player plays under the same rules on this site so how can it be unfair ?

If you cant beat a player that is sat out thats your fault and not skypokers fault

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Your playing on Sky so accept their process.

I think if it tilts you, your concern should be on sorting your head out instead of Sky adjusting their process.

Hard and all as it is to accept an away player can go a step further it shouldnt be a tilting situation.
