It seems the Birthday Dept were seconded to Santa duties on the 24th, & so your Birthday got missed.

However, it has been sorted now, & you should have your Birthday Present now.

I've always had to ask for my birthday bonus each year via email. It has always been dealt with very quickly and is greatfully received. 

In fact my bonus from SkyPoker every year is probably a lot more than most real people spend on me (the mrs excluded).

Is there a system in place to pay birthday bonuses or is it a case of, if you don't ask, you don't get?
