Is poker gambling? i dont see it as gambling as its a skill game

    Sorry going a bit weird here sure it was Ken Dodd yes I know stick with me who said his father had a punt on the horses where he would put a small amount of money on which did not have any effect on his standard of living because of the small amount he paid for his bet. Where he said if he gambled it gave you the feeling it was a risk which could hurt him financially which it would not.

    Just in your example enut, we pay for goods or services.

    The milk is a good so we pay for it we get the goods.

    I see poker as a service, bit liking watching a movie in a cinema. It provides us with entertainment, we dont go home necessarily with a good but more with enjoyment factor. 

    I know I have lost less money from poker than I have going to the cinema :).
