Hi, not including EON's donation above, which is probably still processing, here are the collection figures so far:

TOTAL MONEY COLLECTED: £2,585

PAID DIRECT TO THE CHARITIES INVOLVED: £505

PAID TO CHARITY BANK ACCOUNT: £2,080

Fortunately, atm, my spreadsheet totals agree with the charity bank account balance.

Many thanks to those who have paid so promptly.

Please can those who are yet to pay, make their donations as soon as possible.

We can't give all the monies due to the charities until the final figures are known, as we won't know the amount in each prize pool.

I will probably have to write off some donations, but I am hoping to collect at least 90% of it.

As I said before, it can be a tough time of year, so if you are having any problems making your payment, please PM me and it will be dealt with discreetly.

In the interest of payment reconciliation, I will assume MattBates, Devil_Tear and Jordz16 to have made their payments to their charities.

Although in reality, I have asked them to wait until the final figures are known, so that they can then pay the funds to their chosen charity in one lump sum.

With that in mind, this brings the figures to:

TOTAL MONEY COLLECTED: £3,405

PAID DIRECT TO THE CHARITIES INVOLVED: £1,165

PAID TO CHARITY BANK ACCOUNT: £2,240

I am pleased to say that ALL COMPETITORS that have been asked to pay direct to the bank account, have now paid.

This means we can now work out the amounts due from the "Tournament Wins" aspect os the TLB2016 charity initiative.

We still need sponsor money to come in, to be able to work out the TLB aspect, so SPONSORS please do pay promptly if you haven't done so already.

The Amount in the "Tournament Wins" prize pool this year was a very healthy: £1,750

So from this Prize Pool only: (ie TLB prize pool and charity specific donations not included)

MATTBATES's CHARITY, STEP UP is due 40% = £700 (Awaiting total figure, as also won TLB comp)

JORDZ16's CHARITY, SPORT IN MIND is due 30%= £525 (I will send you £345 Jordan, could you please add your £180 pledge to it, and send me or post the receipt for £525 on the thread)

LIMP2LOSE's CHARITY THE SAMARITANS is due 20% = £350 (I will pay this out of the bank funds, as Gary has already paid his money to the charity bank account)

DEVIL_TEAR's CHARITY REG, is due 10% = £175 (Awaiting total figure, as also 3rd in TLB comp)

I am thrilled to announce that, thanks to the payment received by Neil, we have now surpassed last years figure.

We collected £4,188 last year, and this year's collected total stands at £4,235. :=)

Thanks to all concerned on another outstanding year!

I hope that, with some remaining sponsor money still to come in, and if we count gift aid, where we have been able to claim it, the total may reach the £5K mark!
