The concept of a timebank is that at the start of each tournament everyone will be given a total of an extra 30 seconds (for example) to be used over any hand(s) they wish throughout the tourney. This can be used when the normal time bar has reached zero and you need extra time to decide on what is the best play. Usually it is used when deciding whether to make a hero call or agonising fold on the river or when calculating odds for your draws on the flop/turn. Thats my best explanation! :-)

having said that though, a time bank has been suggested/ requested many times in the forum and it's on the poker team's list of developments.
i can't be too specific on arrival times (as the development phase is a thorough process) but later in the year looks likely.
as the saying goes...
" good things come to those who..."
being that ive only played online via sky i cant say ive come across this.
