I replied to your PM about 10 minutes ago, but I was not very helpful, as to be honest, I could not really understand it. Incidentally, you never sent the PM until nearly 1am this morning, & I was tucked up in bed by then with my teddy bear & Ovaltine.

Bad idea with this questions if i ask about something or report something and this no work correctly. If sombody wanna change something in poker accounts ok but for what if i just ask or report cheating ....

When did you send the replies to the security questions?
Generally, until they get that, they will not answer questions.
If you have already replied, please reply again, as it is possible they have not received it.
Is important case just.
