In Response to Re: ** TLB2017 CHARITY HEADS UP COMP ** THIS IS THE FIXTURE ARRANGING AND RESULT REPORTING THREAD. BEST OF LUCK! : Hi Donald, 6pm is not ideal, as the number of tables I will be playing would increase by 3 at 6pm. What time does the game finish? If we can start a little bit before six, that would help. Cheers, G Posted by StayOrGo
Do't think the rubgy is going to be too much of a distraction.
Happy to play whenever you want.
I'll try registering at 5.10 to see if you get this message.

That's great, if you are happy to do that. (It's a £1.05 Heads Up Speed SNG)
Well we have half of the first round results in. TY to all those that have played so promptly.
I know there have been a few scheduling difficulties, however if the remaining players can try and play their matches as soon as they can, it would be much appreciated.
I don't really want to put a formal deadline on it, however in the interest of keeping things moving, please try and play your match no later than Weds 22nd March.
In Response to Re: ** TLB2017 CHARITY HEADS UP COMP ** THIS IS THE FIXTURE ARRANGING AND RESULT REPORTING THREAD. BEST OF LUCK! : Hi m8, I'm only intermittently available on Saturday, & offline from mid-afternoon until around midnight, as Mr Ambo has invited me to the BE Dinner & Cheltenham Preview. Can't miss that. Failing Saturday, I'm around from Monday to Friday next week, but not Saturday. Posted by Tikay10

I only entered this to avenge the gods of luck you invoked last year. What am I going to do now - play someone who isn´t a chump?

I hate to see anyone disappointed, Geldy lad.
We could always play a best of 5 for the fun factor,
then you could have bragging rights, that you beat the chomp.
Or, the luck gods will keep me in there favour,
and I will give you, a good thrashing
and post the result on here, of your humiliating defeat.
Well that was short and sweet - got absolutely smashed by Fredsgirl 3-0 Best of luck in the rest of the tourney - Let StayorGo your nominated charity and I will pledge it £50 to it for knocking out the reigning champ GL all remaining MonkeyGLB Posted by MonkeyGLB
UL Gary and many thanks for the £50 pledge.
You were a great champion in 2016 and thanks for the generosity of spirit that you have shown throughout.
Congrats fredsgirl! What charity is it to be?
GL in next round. You have set your stall out for the ladies last longer now, as well as the main trophy, best of luck! :=)

Very generous of you Monkey lad, as always.
It's a shame, we didn't make it past the 1st round,
would of loved to of had the pleasure of finally beating you :-)
Btw these hu compo's are costing me a fortune.
That's another trophy cabinet, chopped up for kindle.
Also, Neil Channing and devil_tear have played, with Neil running out a 3-0 winner. It was nip and tuck in a lot of the games, but Neil prevailed in each.
Thanks for playing Tim and best of luck Neil, in the next round!

That was brilliant to watch and what an epic hu battle they both played. Not over in 20 minutes like most. It lasted around an hour. Well played both.

Great charity freds.
Dog's Trust it is!
Just six first round matches left to play, if you can arrange to play sometime this week that would be great.
Really looking forward to TK v Omm.
With Mr's Channing and Simpson both through, the gauntlet has been laid Mr Kendall.
