Not that I'm aware of - why don't you test it, & see what the max is? Probably the easiest way to find out.
FWIW, player notes don't need to be lengthy, in fact lengthy player notes are largely self-defeating, especially for multi tablers. And if you are 1 tabling, you certainly don't need lengthy player notes. All IMO, of course.
