Skrill Depositing Problems

Hello

I am trying to deposit via skrill but when I do the screen just goes a shade of blue and I can see undernath the skrill login but its not possible to click anything or type soI am unable to deposit.

I have contacted customer chat and they say its a problem with skrill but I dont see how it is as its on the sky site and I can deposit to all other websites perfectly fine!

Anyone else having this peoblem and have a solution?

hi I was under the impression that you were no longer allowed to deposit using e-wallet

At the bottom right of the page it says that the payment methods accepted are; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Paypal.

How can customer care not be aware that you can't deposit using skrill? That's pretty poor to be honest.

This may be irrelevant and a totally separate issue, but I have found recently when you click on my account, the screen pops up but is a slightly different colour, as stated in op, and it is not possible to click on anything. This only occurs when on the download version, it is fine from the browser.

Edit .... This has also been happening with the inplay hh function for some time, have to open and close it a few times before it will let you click on the hands.

There was a post on September 2014 about Skrill being removed as a deposit option. Due to a review of banking options.
