Please help....I recieved £11 in tokens with which I can enter "MTT" games

I can't find these games.....can anyone help ?

    Hi Louie

    If you click on the tournament tab in the lobby it will show all the competitions/mtts that you can play.
    Click on one and it will ask you if you want to use your free bet. Press yes and that should do it
