Times have been very slow compared to first two days, so how much of the change to the bias is that and how much is down to the pace is debatable, however, one thing is for sure, us getting the bias wrong is brutal for our bets.
It's the difference between big wins and big losses.
Where's the bias going to be tomorrow? We have just under £300 left in the kitty.
Should we do tomorrow, or just watch and save it for Saturday?

I know it's good fun to watch ROYAL ASCOT with some form of Multiple perm on, but I've never thought the PLACEPOT is a winning bet unless you go more for the outsiders. That is the only way you get big payouts when all the first three fav's finish unplaced, and most of the time you are lucky to get your money back if the fancied horses get placed.
I think your system is great for the JACKPOT, but IMO, not as good for the PLACEPOT. But it's always easier afterwards, but I've tried to tell my Dad this on numerous occasions because he is a Form and Fav's man.
It might be worth saving the funds for a BIG ROLLOVER (hopefully) on the JACKPOT on Sunday, though I'm really suprised how low the JACKPOT fund is, and proves that BETFRED have ruined it since they took it over

Yes, I take your point, but I still think it's +ev, if we got the draw bias right it would have been a totally different story, anyhow, we'll hold off on tomorrow.
Certainly we lost our edge without a known/accurate draw bias. (Instead of it working for us, the inconsistencies have caused the opposite)
I was hesitant that the rain/watering may cause the reverse effect as I have seen it happen before at Ascot.
I did feel like holding off today, but so many people had already put a lot of effort in.
Roger, hopefully you haven't started the spreadsheet yet, but it will be a NO-GO for tomorrow.
I know this is always a game of ifs and buts, but both yesterday and today, had we got the draw bias right in LEG 5 we'd be showing a very healthy profit.
Take today, even if we only got one selection in in LEG 5 (Which wouldn't have been difficult, if predicting correctly the draw bias)
We would have got the first perm for 80p the 2nd one for 80P and the 3rd one for 20P.
I mean, I knew LEG 5 was tough, so we had ELEVEN HORSES covered in the 5th LEG, it would be virtually impossible to bust if having the draw bias correct.
It's been frustrating, as we have been doing a lot of things right, only for it to count for nothing due to populating our selections in LEG 5 based on the wrong half of the track. :=(
Anyhow, we'll watch tomorrow and then decide about Saturday.
I do want to thank people for all the effort they have gone to working on this, I know we have all worked very hard and it is disappointing for all of us to bust out the way we have after starting so well.

Yes it's so difficult to know until you've seen how the first couple of races go, which obviously you can't do before putting on a PLACEPOT or JACKPOT bet.
I thought things might even up a bit today, and when you saw Ryan Moore stay on far side in 1st race, you just knew it.
30 runner races are always tough in these I agree with some of the pundits it could be won from either side. going forward maybe a few on either side or if we think bias is favoured one side just put 2 in from other side just in case.
defo in placepots.
saying that one of the pundits was saying frontrunner today will not be suited and big orange ran a blinder. have I said I backed a winner
