Good spot Sir, quite correct.
I used to pen a monthly column for Cardplayer, when Jesse May was the Editor, did it for 18 months, but it was such a pain trying to get paid, & in the end I stopped doing it, as they had not paid me for over a year. GG Cardplayer.
Then Jesse was replaced by a guy called Rolf Slotboom. I'd known Rolf for years, he's a tidy Omaha player, & wrote a book, too, but he had something of a high opinion of himself.
For his first issue as Editor, guess who was the featured player in the syphophantic Main Article, with his picture on the front cover? Yup, Gorgeous Rolf.
His "gimmick" when playing live is to pile his chips high, & stick a box of tic-tac mints on the top, as you can see in these 2 photos of "the great man" himself.
With the orange background however are you sure it was not part of an advertisement for a certain orange based fizzy drink that Tikay may have co fronted with David Dickinson and Dale Winton? lol!.......

All photos of people are taken when they are younger, unless they are time travellers, then they could be older in the photo
It is very possible that this photo was taken some time ago. I do have photo of my house dated 1839 with less sepia tinting on it. So my guess is it's quite a bit older than my house.
