ok only bets agressively when he has a hand, what hands are calling the flop? any set, any flush/straight draw. Overpairs would probably raise flop so rule them out. Same scenario for turn, your bet is just called, then boom the river completes anyone's draw with 9 10 and hes insta all in. He either has the straight (95% likely) or hes making a complete bluff with his missed flush draw.
