Seems to me you were going round in circles. They will look at it and fingers crossed you'll get your fiver. Happy birthday btw.
It was also my Birthday on the 10th March, but I didnt have any problems in claiming my £5.
EDIT* All ends OK, droped the fiver in account thr next day..... jus chucked it on 5 donkeys... see how that goes..lol

played here for five years and never once had a birthday free £5!!
must be really frustrating, yes its only a fiver but the customer care person says that if you send in the email they will check it against the list... well they have already confirmed you are not on the list so doing it again wont help!! they should be checking the email and if they deem it valid then you not being on the list is obviously the mistake.
btw always use the live chat feature at the bottom of the page, that way you will get an immediate response!
