What to do when you are physically exhausted by outdraws?

Well 8 days in to my bad run and I'm not enjoying Poker quite as much as I used to. I can't even be bothered to go into the detail of the "outdraws" because it is something shocking and should only be mentioned with hushed tones in a darkened room post watershed.

I know that Sky Poker isn't fixed because everyone on here says so ........ so what do I do to get myself out of this rut apart from a long holiday on a desert island with a netball team of 18 year old nymphettes????
