A tidy turnout for the tikay Sleepstack tonight, & what a game we had.
The surprise package - because he's a Cash-Game player really - was scotty77, who ended up 2nd after dominating for most of the night. He's a class act, & remember, he won this week's League Final, too.
Well done Steve (budgirl), & I won't single out any other Finalists, as they all played well, & more importantly, in the right spirit. I loved every minute.

Here's the full Result - apologies for the (lack of) Formatting! Dunno how that happened.
Managed to get 1head bounty in the 1k tonight, hit Diamond royal flush v a normal flush.. then 77 v. kj person hit KJ and then JJ v. AQ guy hit trip Qs... but was fun.
TK I have the Marigolds but ALAN won't wear them! something to do with women's lib' and all that jazz!

Hopefully thru word of mouth, we can more runners to these deepstacked events as they require far, far more strategy than the normal ones especially in the early levels when I twice laid down overpairs to the board to big raises, something that is unthinkable of in the Open/Bounty Hunter.
Well done to Budgirl too, and also to StokeFC who I thought played an excellent final table and was unlucky to not progress further.

It was only the 2nd running of the Event, but it got 88 runners last night.

Yup Well done Steve, course you know why it gets a lot players, 1 good setup, sleepstack, plenty of play and 2 the great tikay plays in it what more needs to be said ? it even gets Richard playing in it.
On a seriuos note, what does tikay think of Richards poker play since he started his little advenutre ? imo he has got better, much better and seams to have fun too what more could you want.
It results in hitting the wrong button as I did last night when I came up against 'Nervesof', he goes all in early doors, I've got pocket 4's no brainer hit the fold button except I'm not concentrating hit 'call' and loose everything to bullets.
Note to brain: next week give her the number of a cab firm before playing

Well done budgirl & Scotty who I was on the same table with till I got knocked out.
Pity I went card dead for AGES, ended up being blinded away and hitting all in to an all in from a guy to my left who went all in every single time I put a raise in. Forget his name...Scotty had a teribad beat laid on him early on, then returned the favour...he had 2 plays...all in or fold.
In the end got tired of it

The beats where my AK vs his A4...flop K Q 4 ofc turn 4 for the miracle.
I did get him back tho a few hands later when my A9 outdrew his AQ for a runner runner straight which was nice.
