JJ how do you play it

I never win with JJ,, tonight in the 6k tournament 300 blinds i raise 1200 one caller flops 7 8 3 i go all in he calls with 4 4 and hits , then i played the 1k tournament blind only 100 4 callers so i push all in get two callers A 10 and 7 4, flops 3 5 6 .So ok i know i go in in front but the hand never wins for me should we just fold JJ even for a low call?

It doesnt mean you played it bad - I wouldnt change something that is right, just because it didn't work twice.

I could lose 100,000 hands in a row with jacks, It would still be the right thing to raise with them pre flop when no1 else has raised.

What if your pocket aces lose twice? are you gonna fold them too?

Like your comments dohhhhhhhhhhh but its just one of those hands for me that i cant get right its a bit like AK for me bt im glad im doing the right play oneday im sure it will benefit me

theres always those that feel lucky and call any raise/all in and hit (even 4 7),but be honest you want to see JJ vs 47 everytime..i get JJ  beat alot,i know how annoying it feels..

You really have to stop being so results orientated with your thinking. Are you really considering not playing such a premium hand just because you lost a couple of times with it?

JJ how do you play it? er badly! But that isn't one of the options!
Raise! If you get called by rubbish and they hit a miracle flop then that's the deadly wonder of poker and NOT you playing it the wrong way! You just have to rub yourself down with a damp cloth and get back in there knowing that one of these times it WILL hold up! gl at the tables

depends on how loose the table is if its tight raise it up. otherwise just call see the flop put a average raise to see where you are then make a decision. if people just call shove you know your ahead if they reraise then make a decision. There are so many ways to play it but i am always cautious unless its heads up.

And again i raise 500 in 100 pot,, have JJ flops 3 6 9 i bet pot guy goes all in i snap call he shows QQ  so thats 8 loses so far in 3 days with JJ .. think i need to fold the horrible hand . happy poker all

Looks a nice hand but im always defensive when i get it,i think its overplayed.Most of the time an overcard is gonna come so just hope and pray you flop a set(not trips as some say lol There is a difference you know
