Raise a lot more pre-flop 1st hand
Fold the other two pre-flop

I have no clue why you called with KQ after two shoves on the second hand.  You're loosing to A2.

Also your bet on the flop in the 1st hand is really poor.  You priced yourself in to call for most of your stack with Ace high.  A  bet of 1500 or 1600 does the same job as 2200, and leaves you free to fold to the shove.
