ok i regd for the 5.45pm 5.5k B/H sat it says 1in 5 go through to 2nites tourny.I finish 4th and it says im not entered 3rd and 2nd put the same in chatbox when knocked out .CMON SKY W T F IS GOIN ON .
THERE WAS 28 IN TOURNEY SO 5 GET ENTRY RIGHT?

May I suggest, if you want a prompt resolution of this - & you should, & do - you speak to Customer Care about this?
There is nobody on the Forum tonight who can clarify these issues, I'm afraid. Customer Care is always the correct route for these matters, & if you fail to receive satisfaction, escalate it to Sky Rich, though he'll not be able to resolve it tonight.
If you were entitled to an Entry, you will get it, & if it's too late for tonight, you will be fairly compensated or offered an alternative entry to not less than equal value.
Not much point in that im afraid ive had very very bad experiences with customer care they dont normally have a scooby im afraid.Ill just have to let it go till 2mos and get in touch with sky rich who pretty much always gets these things sorted pronto.TY for your quick reply though tikay very much appreciated.dav

Really, though, for you or anyone else, if you have an issue such as this, the Forum is not the optimal route to getting it solved. That's what Customer Care is there for, & if you go about it the right way, that is to say, make your point carefully, fully, & politely, they will sort it for you. They are just human beings, regular people, like you & me, & they respond to the way they are spoken to "in kind".
A little bit of cooey-wooey goes a very long way, you know.
Anyway, go get that Tourney won, right?
You finished 4th and have gained entry into said tourny.
But all it said on this occasion was you finished 4th.

If one of the team isn't around to help out please just get in contact with customer care. they're a friendly bunch and will always be able to sort issues such as these in a matter of moments.
