    atleast your getting good hands!


    in my last 6-7 tournaments I have had KK just twice and both times I have been all-in against someone with AA!

    Dude, I am with you now.

    cash tables, I get AA. raise to 18cents, guy re-raises I figure he has a big pair or AK AQ and I got him beat so re-raise 35, he comes back 50. gets to all in he has Q5 off suit   :S

    Just as I start laughing the flop pops up Q5Q.............  



    then after I get more money determined to get this clown I have 99 just limp into it, flop a set and we do the raise, re-raise till I suck him all-in.   he has an overpair QQ.

    river is a Q.


    and now I realise why I was scared of cash tables and usually stick to mtt

    Yeah, just glad it was really low stakes.

    gutting though I spent an hour playing poker and manged to hit a few good pots to double up, then lose all my profit to some idiot with Q5 then lose all my original buy-in to someone catching a 2 outer on the river.

    That is a bad one, some players seem to just not give up if they try to re-raise bluff then end up just conceding to putting it all in and hoping for the best.


    Like the other day in the orfordable, a guy had flopped quad 9's another player raised and the quad 9's obviously re-raised to put him all in. Got a call from a Q high.

    After my 1.7k reraise on flop I really find it hard to think how he beleives Icould actually ever think about folding, and why the hell would I risk so much (with for him to be winning AK/AQ maybe AJ) at such an early stage of a DEEPSTACK !

    These ones for me truly are the worst kind of badbeats as the guy knows he'a behind but thinks hey lets gamble, so with that logic what about letting the guy who played the hand perfectly actually get rewarded, nope not possible.
