Save the image you want to use locally (on your Desktop for example) then just hit the 'Insert Picture' button when making the post. It'll ask you where you want to upload from (browse to wherever you saved it and select). The 'Insert Picture' button is just to the right of the font selection dropdown. Looks like a little tree

Thanks m8, but im daft with computers, what you on about save image locally eg desktop (how do i do that, - whats that all about), i only use my computer for the internet

When you're looking at an image on a website you can right-click it and choose 'Save Picture As' to save it to your PC. It'll ask you where to save and you can choose the desktop.
