Both the raise on pre and the bet on the flop- obviously I ended up losing it to the A10, which was a strong call I felt- was a brand new table so there were no real reads on anyone.

Thanks for the feedback, it seemed a decent idea at the time but as it was called, I had a nagging suspicion I'd done something wrong, but wasn't entirely sure what. Now on reflection I can see exactly what was wrong- not having anything like enough back to push him off after the flop, i.e all in or fold on pre was only option.

Mistake noted and (hopefully) corrected in future!
