Next hand I managed to lose to a flush with 4 diamonds popping up on the board to KO me, which annoyed me far more, but things like that seem to happen in freerolls when you're way behind in chips. (If that sounds bitter... well, it probably is a bit. Sorry about that!)

This hand... I got done. Simple as that. That said, are there any warning signs I should have noticed during the slow play and should I have gone all-in?

You are gonna lose everything, every time here.

You can never fold your hand, you were just unlucky....

Only consolation, is it cost you nothing to enter :)

bit of a sick hand this one mate! there could possibly of been a way to avoiding this, but it is unlikely. if it was me and i was sittin in the bb with pockets 33's and there had been 2 limpers i would of raised, however the guy with KJ is probably callin anyway as it does look like a squeeze, I would have continued my story on the flop prob 3/4 bettin it and then it all depends on what the villain does, if he flat calls which is highly probable then ill be losin all my money on the turn! if however he re-raises the flop then i would fold and avoid this disaster! but as played there is absolutly no way u can get off this hand! ul

not a chance. When you have a house using both hole cards and the only other house options involve two hole cards, there's almost no way you can get away from it. On the flop- sure, you can get away. He flopped the absolute nuts though, slow played it very well and got lucky that you hit too, or he's never getting paid. Clever move on his part by giving you the extra cards to hit.

As soon as you get the reraise you know he has the trip kings, but to actually run into a house is hugely unlucky and unlikely to happen much... bad luck dude, I think you played it pretty well mostly.

As you're in the BB... maybe you could have raised it up to get hands off since they're all callers- but as has been said, KJ isn't going anywhere. They may even reraise you allin- which at least would get you away cheaply. On the flop if they call the raise, you'll bet again hoping you're ahead- at this stage they'd most likely flat you, hoping your hand improves. On the turn, all your chips are likely to go in, and result is the same.

Some hands are just built for disaster, this is one of them... shrug and move on is the best thing you can do.
