If its a full stop it is clearly in the wrong place. A full stop should never be used at the beginning of a sentence, it should always be used at the end of a sentence, however in this case it is neither at the beginning or at the end, so I can only assume it's a dot.
If this is a dot then a larger font should be used so no one makes the assumption that the sentence has ended before it has begun.
This is the most sensible thread title I have seen off one of the 'high rollers' for a while TBH. It beats all those 'oh woe is me because I have lost a few 100 pounds and we dont like playing with people with less money than us' threads....
