Twice tonight they were brilliant.
1st they talked me through why my game screen mightn't have been loading up. Just before I realised I was too early to join the BH I'd satellited into. How very embarassing.
Then crashed out of BH after some terrible play. (irrelevant)
But then tripled the £20 I had in my account through various sitngo type things. Decided then that I was a heads-up champ and bought into a £40 heads-up match. I was ready. And then everything crashed. The guy I was playing stole 3/4 of my chips, and fair enough, I'd have done the same.
But my connection was perfect so I phoned up Sky and raged. They went through my account and the girl was clued up enough to realise I was telling the truth. Amazingly agreed with me about the blind theft. And paid me back, whilst telling me that the fact I'd gone all in with the last of my chips should really have negated my claim.
My point is that they understood. And were very charitable.
One of many reasons I'll keep coming back to SkyPoker, and tell all my friends to.
A wee bit of customer service goes a long, long way.
