Exit Hand last night's £5K BH

edited May 2010 in The Poker Clinic
Ended up heads up with Welshfella in last nights £5k, this is the exit hand. I flat called pre flop because he was quite aggresive and I was hoping for a raise in order to put in a big re-raise. Typically, this time he flat called.

This is the hand, did I play it wrong or is it just one of those things?

Like you said I think I'd be raising up big pre flop...if he flats that then Im definately pushing on the flop.

Possibly would of avoided the whole situation if you raised up pre flop...

Unlucky though mate, well done for coming 2nd though..

You can play the hand by raising or you can play it how you did, with the intention of re-raising it. You still got your chips in as a big favourite so just one of those things.
