Tonight's Open

After 75 mins. 15 bigs left; a min raise from UTG, I flat call with AA in 2nd pos, and BB makes up the 300.

Long story short, my rockets turned over by J7.  This is, in my humble opinion, a perfect example of how to play AA baaadly and getting exactly what i deserve :)

...should have pushed and likely (altho' not guaranteed) sucked up the extra 20% to my stack and smiled.  Greedy; just because someone (me) on this occassion has aces, doesn't mean you/I have the God given right to win the hand - would like people who post endless bad beats to observe.

    u/l ness - didn't want this to be a bad beat thread though; just wanted to highlight that this is poker, c'est la vie etc.

    ...runner runner, AA turned over by any two cards is part of the wonderful texture and, what's the word, "haphazard" nature of poker that I find enjoyable [prob makes me weird]

    Not moaning about it otherwise i'd go to area 51, tis where the sympathy's at lol

    How on earth could you call that all in with JUST A3? Surely you must've known he was on the runner runner flush draw!!! Only yourself to blame I'm afraid! hehe ;-)
