How many players do you think will be left by the end of day1 at dtd?

with the last level being 1,000/2,000 and a starting stack of 10,000 i can see alot of casualties in the last 3 hours on the 1st day, i think theyll be around 100-120 players left for day 2. im guessing to have a reasonable stack going in to day 2 you would need around 20-30 big blinds, so about 40,000-50,000 chips, possibly more. what does everyone else think? 

i have a feeling the majority of players there will have alot of nerves and would fear going bust early which means the more experienced players will be able to start at a high tempo.

How many players survive Day One?

My guess is 80.

yes, how many survive. Either way i dont think day 2 will go all the way til midnight

Depends on the players mentality, if its like the leg 1 then i agree that later in the day a lot will have to push, but if its like newcastle then utter carnage ensue and you could be looking at 60 left. personally i think 90ish.

i think there where 57 players left after day 1 and the last hand finished just before 1am
