    Hi...I've not done it before (cos I dont get good hands!!!!) but just found it....

    click on 'My Account' and then scroll down to the 'last 10 account transactions' bit at bottom of page....you can click on 'hand history' on right hand side next to each game and it seems to bring up the hands :o)

    ..oh just looked again and its more of a summary than the whole thing but it has the hand number so I suppose that might helphaving it ready if you want to ask support...

    Check your hand history in the "My Sky Poker" tab SB. You can go through all of your hands there, and when you find the hand in question, just make a note of the hand number/id.
