Is there any reason why your bet on the turn is smaller than on the flop in first hand?

The standard play is to check the river as well.

    Hand 1.

Raising out the SB with QJ o/s is probably not advisable.

    Flop bet standard.

    Turn bet - why decrease?

It would serve you right if he was to hit a 4 on the river after that bet tbh.

in the first hand the other guy was so passive and was folding to almost every raise. i thought they had a good pair or ace x

i only raised less on the turn to show weakness hoping they thought i was bluffing and not having the jack which seemed to work.

yeah sorry for the spelling error i must try harder!!

    although analising does sound interesting.......................

i also was going to put this in area 51 not in here!!!

i was a bit plastered when i posted this nonsense last night ;)

im not sure how dohhhhhhh plays and drinks at the same time lol

    3 people have already limped.

You are going to be completely OOP and are going to need to hit fairly well to continue with the hand.

For me I'm not raising QJ there.

    Maybe that's just me though.

I personally dont mind either at 2p/4p because if you hit top pair you can just bet each street and get called by 2nd pair.
