I am ashamed of myself

Ok i tried a new style of poker today, a very aggressive style, and less passive, did it work, well for the first 20 mins it was sensational. Then boom.

I reacted badly and now i feel ashamed can someone please throw something hard at me so i can come to my sences.

I am ashamed at the way i reacted and the fact i made a post in Area 51. I think the latter makes me so ashamed, id prided myself in never visiting there no matter how bad my temper was lost.
