What sort of oppo wud u ever fold on the turn to?

    An absolute 100% nit??

you need a read as to how villains plays his tp oop, does he check/call all streets?

    will he semibluff flush draws?

does he slow play sets regardless of board texture?

typically paired boards arent good for bluffin as villain should know its hard to fold a K here so the min raise on the turn should scare us but as said above if draws and tp stack offs are part of villains game a shove is profitable,

as playedyou should call any non club river too (not sure what you thought you beat after the Jc came?)

Thanks lynx, obviously reads are useful, but I thought you may assume that as I did not post any reads, that I did not have any.

I wasnt sure what I beat either, are you saying I should fold my hand for a £13 into £40?

yeh i figure u have no read, in which case its a fold on the turn - just expandin on zing post as to why a jam could be a good move

and yep i fold for 13 into 40 altho i'd never just flat the turn :)....you have to figure if you werent beat already then the 3rd club has you beat as you were , i guess, callin the turn hoping for a semi bluff from a fd?
