I just like to chat to high stakes playersz and gather some background info on the, I do it to a few playersz not only on hearbut on other sites too. Sorry if it offened anyone. I have been after so background info on this guy for a loong time I now I know abit about him its good.
Isildur1 has a bankroll i watched hi lastnite at 200/400 3 tables heads up.
He wont play anyone who has two poker brain cells to rub together,
He waits for a rich guy who meant to press roulette but somehow clicked on poker and takes his money.
There was rumour of him being re-staked but i have not seen him on FT lately I am glad he is back the game needs characters like him. AJS, "He wont play anyone who has 2 poker brains cells" Is it not Ed Giddens that says "its all about table selection, any one half decent and im not going any where near that table" Sorry mate but cheap shots like that and the roulette remark make you look bad no one else. Yeah isildur was playing lastnight, other then that i havent seen him much for bout a week or so.The last time i saw him playing proper was about 2 weeks agao 9 tabling 25/50 doller tables and. Then he dumped some 50k to zigmund!
So i do not think the kid is doing that bad to be fair. Plus he has accounts on the I-poker network too. cant wait till he comes back proper though!
I do not understand why he alwaysz plays PLO when he is known as one of the best NLHE players in the world, strange that.

I wasnt being critical about him, if I specialised in HU I would do exacxtly same as him. I think weareontv is a smart guy and makes a load, but he does it by beating people who have no clue how to play where as isuldur beats other pros.
ITs just you compared him to someone who beats the best of the best and he only beats the worst of the worst.
poker is about making money, if he makes alot of money by opening several sites at once, opening multiple tables and waiting for weaker players to sit down and play him (which im sure he does) then that is fair enough .but it doesnt necesarily mean he is "the best HU player on the site" because he can take money off people who think that a straight beats a flush
maybe he does play regs but ive never seen him do it.
bumhunting doesnt bother me it's yourmoney you can do whatever/play whoever you want, it's the people who do it who then think they are great at poker(note im not saying he thinks this, but alot of other bumhunters do) that gets pretty annoying. if you wait long enough its seriously as easy as taking candy from a baby, except instead of candy you get lots of money
Surly to acquire this br in the first place he must have a good game about him?
Also, I take it from some posts on here that he would happily play an unknown player. If this was the case, how much would he be willing to lose at say £25/50 before he realised that player had an edge over him, say 4bi`s isnt much at hu but I would be seeing it as £20k. Wouldnt it be worth a shark multiaccounting for this reason
