cant understand the call preflop from him but its his chips

firstly i would block out the guys name.

 And i would shove pre as you have put over half your stack in, and if a over card comes you only have two moves left.

 As played you had to shove that flop and its unlucky.

i havent blocked out the players name because im not going on about his play or what he called with im moaning at my own game for a change lol i just dont have a clue on how to play them

I would just jam pre, but you're posting the wrong type of hand if you actually want constructive criticism of your play. You know you played it ok and just want to moan about a bad beat imo.

+1, theres 800 in the pot just be happy with that and jam it in, any raise and your putting in half your stack so you cant fold whatever comes

It's just a typical bad beat, don't dwell on it or let it affect the way you play jacks in future, just move on and play the hand the same way in future, you'll win a lot more than you lose.

Believe it or not jacks do hold up sometimes without improving, here's a rather sick example from my collection;
