Take-on-tikay £2.20 jobbie TONIGHT at 8.30pm.
You asked for it, you got it.
The exact structure for the original T-o-T, which so many people praised, has now transferred across to THREE Freezeouts, on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays, for the indefinite future. As long as they get tidy sized fields, they will become permanent.
So that's my part of the bargain kept, now I need you guys to support it, & that'll be a good job well done.
Tonight we have the £2.20 version, Tuesday will see the £11 version, & Wednesday the £5.50 version. The existing Rebuy version on Friday's retains it's slot unchanged.
I know not everyone can afford the bigger versions, & for that reason, I'm really hopeful we get a MONSTA field tonight. Really, it's important that we underline the message here. Give us structures that are usually only available at higher stakes at affordable perices & players will support them.
I'm doing what I can via my other platforms - Twitter, FB, etc, to drum up support for these. I hope you'll do your bit, too.
The choice of a name for the Series never got resolved - my schedule of "other work" towards the end of last week knocked me a bit sideways, but I do think we need to address that, & my bad that we have not, as there were some great suggestions in the thread. I've agreed with Head Office that a new name can be introduced for these with immediate effect, (once decided) as the Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday versions only spawn in the lobby 20 hours in advance, so it's an easy amend.

I LOST BIT OFF CASH YESTERDAY, NOT BECAUSE OF PLAY BUT THE DAM CONECTION EVERYTIME I THOUGHT I SORTED IT, OFF IT WENT AGAIN, SO I`M JUST POTTERING AROUND ON LAPTOP TO SEE IT GOES AGAIN, SO FAR IT`S BEEN OK AND IF IT STAYS ONLINE THEN I WILL THERE.
Very much hope to be signing up for this tonight (and every Monday whilst it's here) the Monday version is just right for where my sky BR is at the moment.
The only thing I'm a bit short on today (having forgot to buy an anniversary card) is brownie points!!
Any chance Sky could issue these for playing poker tourneys instead of poker points?

I needed to take a day off yesterday, to sort a few things out. A dreadful scam has emerged "quite close to me", & £120,000 is said to have been stolen from a bunch of poker players, most of whom are friends, (& indeed perpetrated BY a mutual friend), so I spent most of yesterday working the phone on "collateral matters". I also needed to do some behind the scenes stuff following a serious allegation on a very busy Forum by a disaffected Sky Poker player last week that suggested Rich Orford & I, & the other PTP-ers, are cheats, & that we can see hole cards in real-time. You could not make these things up, but they put this stuff out there, on the internet, & before you know it, it's all over the place. It was also suggested - hold onto your hat - that I, personally, own this Forum. It all takes time, & causes worry, stress, & most of all, time. I think anyone that even thinks Rich, or LML, James, myself, would cheat is deluded quite frankly, & perhaps judging us by their own standards, but talk is cheap. And that is but a fraction of the personal stuff I had to deal with last week, you don't know the half of it!
Later, (yesterday) I played the £100 Freezeout at Luton, which was blissfully relaxing, I needed to get away from the pressures for a wee while, & it worked beautifully, & I had a wonderful, if shorter than hoped, evening. I gather the Comp was won by Chompy, by the way, so that was nice.
OK, let's get back on topic - 40 players tonight for the £2.20 T-o-T. Not to sound ungrateful, or over optimistic, but I had set my sights higher - much higher. It's AWESOME value, & only £2.20, & there has been a hue & cry for better-structured, more affordable, Tourneys, from the regular guys on the Forum, so 40 would leave me rather disappointed, to be honest. We shall see. Thank you, in anticipation, for any help you can give in helping bigging up tonight's T-o-T Tourney.
You and Rich can see everybody,s hole cards can you?, that must be the reason why Rich has had to top up his PTP account and down in his own account, and you have both won every tourney you enter then?, its rediculous, and as for you owning the forum, well??????. sigh.

Let's move on & get more runners for tonight, that's top of my tick list for today. But there's no tick there yet.

So far we have 27 in the ToT and 4 in the 7.15 game.
Going to be away from the computer for a while so if you should decide to run a competition for these two games my guess for total players would be:-
120 ToT
45 7.15 deepie
165 Total
should be a great tournament.
But I want to support the smaller buy-ins tonight, so have decided to play the 7.15 £2.20 one, & the 8.30 £2.20 T-o-T.
I might play the £22 affair at 7.15, too, but I'm undecided at present. It's important that I spend as much time & effort as I can rounding up runners for the T-o-T, because if that does not take off, the Tourney will be removed from the Schedule, & I'd be pretty embarrassed after all the representations I made to "upstairs" to get the Tourney on if we got bad numbers.
You can bet your bottom dollar I will be there - Hope we get an awsome field - Good Luck!
For all those interested in good structured tournaments like the T-O-T tonight and havent the BR for the £22 deepstack jobbie, there is an alternative deepstack at 8.15pm for just £5.50 (with no rebuys for now) which attracts a good crowd.
So for only £5.50 + £2.20 you could really get some value for money tonight here on Sky Poker.
