Don't say I didn't warn you but..... HE'S BACK!
Don’t worry its not bad news it’s actually FANTASTIC news! This Sunday we will see the welcome return of Mr Jonny Gould to Sky Poker channel 865.
Jonny Gould is most widely known as Channel 5's longest serving TV presenter. He was the main presenter on Major League Baseball having hosted the live show for a massive eleven years.
Jonny is also prolific in the charity and events industry for being a dynamic show host and has raised over £10million for charity in his auctioneering career to date and this figure continues to rise. His charity clients range from Chelsea Football Club to Sir David Frost and the NSPCC.
Jonny was born in Kenya but educated at Epsom College and then Durham University, where he gained a single honours politics degree. This was followed by a post-graduate course at the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts Drama School.
In addition to Major League Baseball, he has fronted numerous other TV shows, including Live & Dangerous, Boxing Classics, The Laureus World Sport Awards and the hugely popular game show Brainteaser. He has also presented the sport on ITV Carlton’s London Tonight and various poker shows including Poker 425 and of course Sky Poker when we first launched. Jonny is also the presenter on Telegraph's Fantasy Football on-line channel throughout the domestic football season.
Paired up with his old friend, Ed Giddins, on this Sunday’s show (27th June) will be a treat for all our viewers.
Enjoy the show!

"Lets get down & dirty" as Gouldy always says!
I did my first ever TV Show with Gouldy, & without his guidance & advice, I'd be rich & famous now.
In fact, more truthfully, I'd be succesfully retired were it not for Gouldy. I blame him.
Welcome back Gouldy.
Some of your early shows were fantastic entertainment.
him and tikay...could you imagine them doing 'top of the pots'? omg!!
Jonny's unique style made the show which I watched avidly from 1997 .......... if Josh (his last sidekick) knows ought about poker.....get him on the show one night just for old time's sake!
Look forward to seeing JG back on 865.
You are right, Johny does tend to get a little enthusiastic & excited at times, a trait I'm fortunate not to share. Ish.
on the side---- is Norman Pace going to come back-- I thought he also did a great job!!
Fantastic presenter and it will be good to have him back.
Incidentally, to play the Jonny Gould drinking game- take a large swig of your favourite alcoholic tipple every time you hear him add the word 'meister' on to the end of his analyst's name.
"With me, it's the Tikaymeister!"
"Let's talk to the Ed-meister!" etc.
Lol. Best of luck on Sunday mate
Hmmm, I'm suspicious. Is this actually a regeneration of Sky Rich into Jonny? Rich never returns from "holiday" and then suddenly this Jonny fella appears. Hmmmm. Fishier than a Sky Poker river card if you ask me....
Regardless, welcome Jonny & looking forward to the show. All the best!
