£5 ish satellites- where are they?

I've played in one.

They are sometimes there about 7pm - 7.30pm ish. Then the semi is at 9.30pm.

They aren't there every night though for some reason.

There are several every day, normally 3.30, 5.30, 6.30, 7.30, or something along those lines.

However, I've entered 4 or 5 and they've all been cancelled because they don't make the min 5 people requirement, very annoying
