As stated, I just wondered what response the OP wanted to achieve.
I didn't find it particularly amusing especially the reference to Swansea - I guess it depends upon your "read."
It could be construed as having menacing / aggressive undertones - hence questioning the OPs motivation in posting. Merely trying to ascertain what was meant.

the guy is clearly a fantastic cash player... i think it would make him and me smile to meet in swansea and remind him of our chat.
