Played in the primo semi  20th July and finished 2nd.  Were 11 players so 2 seats were available for Primo £9000.  After tournament, was told qualified for £3000 gtd open, but as I had registered for the open already they gave me the entry value of £11.  Third place was awarded over £50.  Can anyone explain why I haven't qualified for the Primo on sunday 25th July??? Checked listed players for Primo on sunday night and neither myself or the winner of tonights game are registered.  Why is this??

I think you should contact customer care they will be able to sort this for you.

What happened looks very strange and I can only hazard the following guess:

The prizes for the tournament were entered wrong. Entry to the primo semi is £6.60 + £0.40 unless I am mistaken. 11 x £6.60 makes a prizepool of £72.60. So, perhaps the prizes were simply entered incorrectly when the tournament was built. Take off 2 x £11 prizes and 3rd would have gotten £50.60?

As I said, this is a complete guess and could be a million miles off the truth so contact customer care. Whichever way, it looks like the guy who came 3rd scooped a very nice windfall.
