there the worst, i've been running bad for about 3 weeks now!!
ever since i won the velocity all i've had is hands that make you want to cry and they always seem to be at the crucial crucial stages of tourneys.
I think by far the worst one was in last nights velocity, final 10, a stack relatively similar to mine moves all in and it gets folded round to me in the big blind, i make a fairly loose call with kj, but i figured he could be moving in with quite a wide range of hands (seem as though we were fairly short stacked), anyway turns out he has exactly the same hand...he has diamonds and hearts i have spades and clubs. (dont diamonds always seem to be the cards that make the flush, imo if you have the red cards with the same hand your a 51% favourite.
so yeah you've probs guessed, it came down.. d c d, d, d.
i was gutted lol
i know im probably para but it just seems sky like to eliminate the short stacks when it gets down to the business end, another common one is hitting top pair someone going all in, you call, they have two pair..
just seems set up perfectly to eliminate me!!
oh and yeah, from what i've seen being behind when your all in is usually the best place to start!
its annoying though cos i know its not rigged, but it's a comforting thought when you have a run like im having yet still playing soldi poker !
thanks for allowing me to rant
I know it happens to everyone by the way, but it feels good sharing mine

i hope so to pal, and cheers you too
It really is therapeutic posting these sorts of rants/bad beats.
Sometimes its like wowwwwwwwwwwwww Im losing here but I need people to understand!!
PLEASE LISTEN TO MY BAD BEATS!!!
(By the way I cud read bad beats all day and never get bored, not sure why people hate reading em so much)
Its totally standard tho m8 - and will turn round too.
Btw, theres a poker clinic on skys forums, - which is getting bigger and better every day - so if you start using that, your results will improve - varience or no varience!
To win a multi table tournament, you NEED to be lucky, thats a fact - if you can't live with this, maybe try the cash tables. I dunno what you play poker for, fun/money/to relax etc, but it's generally more fun when ur making money (as it means ur winning) - so maybe give the cash tables ago, where there's less luck involved.

thank you for your advice and good luck to you too
