hi im just about to go to cornwall until the weekend so no poker for me for a few days!!!!!!

Hi mate,Had a week in Cornwall myself this month so sympathise with you about missing poker I was the same lol.
I been alot and it depends what your into really. I think the Eden project is the biggest thing they've got going on down there.
Some other places I can remember off the top of my head:
Padstow is a nice little fishing village (very quiet)
Jamaica Inn is a very nice pub to go for a meal an it has a very interesting history (smugglers) and there's also a museum there.
Truro is said to be one of the best Cathedral cities I think (not my personal cup of tea and also the Cathedral was having work done when I was there.
Charlestown is a place I really like as it has 'pirate' ships there (they're huge) and well worth a look unless they're out filming for some tv/film project. It also has an interesting ship-wreck centre/museum.
One place they advertise a lot is a gold mine place near Newquay (can't remember the name sorry). I found this really quite boring but there is some film memorabilia there including a Bond car.
Anyway, these are just some ideas from my personal experience, hope this helps and have a good week, the tables are still here when you get back trust me ;-)
