call turn, dont isolate players with 56s deep if your not good enough to play these hands, esp in rush, wait for stronger starting hands.

I think I have a skill advantage over the majority of 5nl players so I tend to isolate with a wider range, because they basically always play fit or fold oop and because if i hit a big hand and they hit a piece of the board they will struggle to let the hand go. So i've found it profitable.
